Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders, purchases, quotations, and services supplied by Vinylise Printing (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order with us, the customer (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. GENERAL

1.1 These Terms govern all sales, services, custom printing, embroidery, design work, branded products, and related services supplied by the Company.

1.2 No variation to these Terms shall apply unless agreed in writing by the Company.

1.3 The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

1.4 Any quotation provided by the Company is valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

2. ORDERS

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.

2.2 Once an order has been confirmed, approved, or payment has been made, the order is considered final.

2.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before approval, including:

  • Sizes
  • Colours
  • Quantities
  • Artwork
  • Spelling
  • Logos
  • Design placement
  • Product selections


2.4 The Company shall not be responsible for errors approved by the Customer.

2.5 The Company reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.

3. CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS

3.1 All products supplied by the Company are customised, personalised, or made-to-order unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Due to the customised nature of the products:

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds will be provided.
  • No exchanges will be provided.
  • No cancellations will be accepted once production has started.


3.3 Customers acknowledge that colours, print positioning, sizing, and embroidery appearance may vary slightly from digital previews, mock-ups, or previous orders.

3.4 Minor variations shall not be considered defects.

4. ARTWORK AND DESIGN APPROVAL

4.1 Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, mock-ups, proofs, and designs before production.

4.2 Approval from the Customer confirms acceptance of:

  • Layout
  • Design
  • Colours
  • Sizing
  • Spelling
  • Placement
  • Product specification


4.3 The Company accepts no liability for errors identified after approval.

4.4 The Company reserves the right to refuse artwork that may infringe copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights, or contain offensive or unlawful material.

4.5 The Customer warrants that they own or have permission to use all logos, artwork, trademarks, and designs submitted.

4.6 The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims arising from supplied artwork or designs.

5. PAYMENTS

5.1 Full payment may be required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.2 Production timelines shall not begin until:

Payment has cleared; and

Final artwork approval has been received.

5.3 Failure to make payment may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of the order.

5.4 All prices are subject to change without notice.

5.5 The Company reserves the right to charge interest and recovery costs on overdue invoices.

6. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

6.1 Any production or delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6.2 The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Suppliers
  • Couriers
  • Customs
  • Weather
  • Industrial action
  • Technical issues
  • Material shortages
  • Events outside our reasonable control


6.3 Risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.

6.4 Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.

6.5 Any issues relating to shortages or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

7.1 The Company uses third-party couriers and packaging providers.

7.2 The Company shall not be responsible for damage occurring during shipping or after delivery.

7.3 Products supplied as damaged, cracked, marked, bent, or otherwise affected during transit shall not be eligible for replacement, refund, compensation, or reimbursement.

7.4 Customers accept this condition before purchasing.

7.5 The Customer is responsible for raising any delivery disputes directly with the courier where applicable.


8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

8.1 Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of the goods, the Company operates a strict no refund and no return policy.

8.2 The Customer acknowledges that customised products are exempt from cancellation and refund rights under applicable consumer laws where legally permitted.

8.3 Orders cannot be cancelled once:

  • Materials have been ordered;
  • Production has begun; or
  • Artwork has been approved.


8.4 No refunds, replacements, or credits shall be provided for:

  • Customer errors
  • Incorrect sizing selected by the Customer
  • Spelling mistakes approved by the Customer
  • Colour expectations
  • Slight print variations
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Damage during transit

9. PRODUCT QUALITY AND LIMITATION

9.1 The Company shall make reasonable efforts to ensure products are produced to a commercial standard.

9.2 Due to manufacturing processes, slight variations in:

  • Colour
  • Garment shade
  • Print alignment
  • Material texture
  • Stitching
  • Sizing

may occur and shall not constitute defects.

9.3 The Company does not guarantee exact colour matching.

9.4 Garment measurements may vary within standard manufacturing tolerances.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Consequential losses
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business
  • Loss of opportunity
  • Reputation damage
  • Delays
  • Courier issues
  • Third-party failures


10.2 The Company’s total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for that order.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful.

11. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

11.1 The Customer agrees to provide accurate information for all orders.

11.2 The Customer is responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended purpose before purchase.

11.3 The Company shall not be liable for misuse, improper care, washing damage, heat damage, or alterations made after delivery.

11.4 Care instructions provided should be followed at all times.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

12.1 All Company-created artwork, designs, mock-ups, branding, graphics, and content remain the intellectual property of the Company unless agreed otherwise in writing.

12.2 The Company reserves the right to use completed orders, photographs, designs, and products for marketing, advertising, social media, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

13.1 The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Fires
  • War
  • Government restrictions
  • Supplier failure
  • Shipping disruption
  • Power outages
  • Cyber incidents
  • Pandemics

14. PRIVACY

14.1 Customer information will only be used for order processing, communication, and business administration.

14.2 The Company may store customer contact details and order information for record-keeping purposes.

14.3 The Company will take reasonable steps to protect personal data.

15. GOVERNING LAW

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

15.2 Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

16.1 By placing an order with the Company, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
